Refund & Cancellation Policy

We work hard to provide reliable and high-quality cleaning services. This policy outlines how cancellations and refunds are handled.

Cancellations

24+ Hours Notice: No fee. You may reschedule or cancel without charge.

Less Than 24 Hours Notice: A cancellation fee of 50% of the service cost may apply.

No Show / Lockout: If our cleaners cannot access the property at the scheduled time, the full service fee may be charged.

Refunds & Satisfaction Guarantee

Cleaning is a labor service, so refunds are not automatic.

If you are dissatisfied, please notify us within 24 hours of your cleaning.

We will offer a free re-clean of the missed areas or, if that is not possible, a partial refund will be considered.

Add-on services paid for but not completed (due to oversight on our part) will be refunded.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued for dissatisfaction reported after 24 hours.

Refunds will not be issued if our cleaners were prevented from completing work (e.g., access denied, unsafe environment).
