These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of cleaning services provided by Paskus Cleaners (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By booking or using our services, you (“Client,” “you,” or “your”) agree to these Terms.
1. Services Provided

Paskus Cleaners offers residential cleaning, deep cleaning, move-in/move-out cleaning, and add-on services as described on our website.

We do not provide carpet shampooing, exterior window cleaning, or hazardous material removal unless otherwise agreed in writing.

All services are performed by independent contractors or employees vetted by our company.
2. Access & Preparation

The Client must provide safe and reasonable access to the property at the scheduled time.

Areas to be cleaned should be free of clutter, valuables, and personal items where possible.

For safety, all pets must be secured during the cleaning.
3. Scheduling & Cancellations

Bookings are confirmed only after payment or deposit.
-
At least 24 hours’ notice is required for cancellations or reschedules. Cancellations within 24 hours may incur a fee (see Refund Policy).

If our cleaners cannot access the property at the scheduled time (lockouts, no-shows, unsafe conditions), the full service fee may still apply.
4. Payments & Pricing

Pricing is based on the service type, home size, and add-ons selected.

Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed.

Recurring services will be billed according to the chosen schedule (weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly).

We reserve the right to adjust rates with reasonable notice.
5. Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are unsatisfied, you must notify us within 24 hours of service.

We will return to re-clean the missed areas at no extra charge. If that is not possible, a partial refund may be offered at our discretion.

Refunds are otherwise subject to our Refund Policy.
6. Liability

Paskus Cleaners is insured for general liability. However, we are not liable for:

Normal wear and tear or pre-existing damage.

Items of fragile or high value not disclosed to us in writing before service.

Health or allergic reactions to cleaning products if not disclosed prior.

Clients are responsible for notifying us of any special surface/material care requirements.
7. Privacy & Data

Client data is collected, stored, and used in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

We do not sell or rent your personal information.
8. Termination of Service

We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue services if:

Conditions are unsafe or unsanitary.

Payment is not made as agreed.
-
There is harassment, misconduct, or unreasonable behavior toward our cleaners.

9. Governing Law
​

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland.

Any disputes shall be handled in accordance with applicable state and federal laws.
